Allan Julien

Mr. Julien has over seventeen years experience at middle/executive management and Directorship levels.  This includes management roles within:

• Airline industry (BWIA West Indies Airways Limited) dealing with Cash Flow management and Corporate Accounting and subsequently Public Relations, Corporate Rebranding and Marketing.
• Managerial experience at several levels in Trinidad & Tobago’s leading beverage company (Carib Brewery Limited) developing and implementing Trade Marketing Strategies, Sales Targets and Branding & Promotional plans.
• General Management experience in the Shipping Industry (Laparkan Shipping Limited).
• Marketing and Sales Director for a leading food manufacturer and exporter (National Flour Mills).
• Managing Director for a Telecommunications support provider (The Caribbean Accessory Company) to TSTT and Digicel.
• Group President and Director – Marketing, Sales & Business Development for Coleman the Group (Pan West Indian Insurance Brokers Limited, Coleman air Condition Specialists,  Coleman Engineering, and Ellis General Contracting Services Limited).

Allan has reaped significant rewards and success from focusing on the customer and developing customised solutions that compliments this.  These rewards would include but are not limited to the over-achievement of Sales Targets in his last three portfolios; in addition to ‘sustaining’ and ‘acquiring’ Brand Superiority for major brands under his purview.

Complimenting this wealth of experience, Allan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Andrews University, Michigan.  He currently serves as a Director on the Chaguanas Chamber of Commerce and was a past Director on the Board of The Solid Waste Management Company Limited (Chairman – Marketing and Sales committee). He also held memberships in the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board (Marketing Committee) and Trinidad and Tobago Customs Brokers Board; as well as past Vice-Chairman of the Shipping Association of Trinidad and Tobago (Group C) and the Chamber of Commerce Customs, Shipping and Ports committee.
